Five Must-Have Items for Traveling with Two-Under-Two

As I finish up last minute packing today, for my second solo cross-country trip with both boys, I thought it was appropriate to finally share my must-haves for traveling with a toddler and a baby.

Going from ONE to TWO kids is a game changer in so many ways... With traveling it means, double the luggage, double the baby gear, double the tantrums, double the diapers... you get it! But at the same time, you at least have somewhat of an idea of what to expect and can prepare a little better the second time around. Even if that means that all your able to better prepare, is your mental state for the craziness that might/will occur, you're still winning!

I'm from California, which is where the majority of my family still lives and since we live in NYC, we log a good amount of miles throughout the year going back and forth.

When it comes to traveling with little ones, I'm all about making it as easy as possible.  Below are the FIVE things I would not travel without, when traveling with a toddler (1-2.5yrs) and a infant (under a year).

Now after today, I'm sure I'll have a few updates to this list, which I will be sure to share, but until then... wish me luck! It's just me, an (almost) 3yr old, a 1yr old and 7hrs on a plane.  We take off at bed time, so here's hoping we ALL can get some sleep!
