Festive Holiday Cocktail

This past weekend, my love and I hosted a little pre-Christmas get together with family + while the food was amazing, the cocktails were a HUGE hit! We chose to keep it simple, by sticking with three ingredients: Champagne, Pomegranate Juice + Pomegranate Seeds.  Rimming the glass with sugar was the perfect finishing touch.  I named my cocktail "Sparkling  Rudolf" for the fizzing bubble + the red glow.
